Getting a new slip on- comparison question

So I'm looking to get a new slip-on for my wrr. I used to have a 05drz400sm with a yoshumura rs3 exhaust(from a 1-10 level I'd go with an 8 on the loudness scale) I know the Q4 is most likely going to be my choice but:

is the powercore similar to the rs3 In a volume level?

Dont know in comparison, but PC4 is very loud :) Every time you opening a throttle you waching around how many people waching on you ;)
