It looks like you're using an after-market slider. Is that correct?
Am I correct in seeing that you drilled into your swingarm and I assume used self-tapping screws to hold that piece of nylon on?
I'm not at all crazy about the idea of drilling holes into swingarm.
I would have filled the deep ruts with JB-Weld - attached a new slider, and then just been religious about watching for excessive wear.
