They said when I bought it new from the dealer they should have adjusted the sag and race sag for me there at the shop. This never happened, should it have? Is setting sag a requirement on a wr250r? Thanks

I don't think most shops would set the rear suspension sag for you unless you insisted on it, so don't feel bad about it.
Setting the rear suspension sag is quite important, though, including a WR-250R. I set mine a 3.5 inches.
