New owner of 2012

Hello to All,
I have been a proud owner of a 2012 wr250r since July 25th 2012. So its been just over 2 weeks now and I'm very happy I purchased it. I got 70 mpg on first tank which kinda surprized me beening it was still in break-in time frame. I had 500 miles on in the frist week and as of today I have around 900 miles, I changed my oil at 750miles Its been on its side once and I have melted my rr turn signal due to the homemade tip I made( new one on the way). I only ride about 25 miles to work which by about the time I get there I'm ready to stretch out a little anyways. I have enjoyed reading this forum and hope to learn everything there is about this bike. Keep up the good Work!

I didn't say much about me ... So I live in Northeast Iowa just north of Waterloo. Trying to find good places to ride in or around Iowa.

Right on man. Glad to hear you are enjoying it. It's a fun little bike that's for sure. My sportbike doesn't understand our relationship. Now that I think about it, none of my friends do either.lol
