IMS 4.7 Gallon Install

Hey guys I have searched all night for a how to, or a write up of the install of a IMS 4.7 gallon tank. I got the instructions but they are extremely vague. Any pointing in the right direction would be great !!!!

ok so I found a write up on IMS but my main question is do i need to reinstall my vacum lines?

If it is, then you don't have to install it.
