Just do it all at one time...feel the results with no unintended damage to the motor by running too lean (hot).

It's highly recommended that you get a fuel programmer if you modify the intake and exhaust.

Can you do those things without a programmer? Some have.

Should you?

I wouldn't.

I didn't.

Most don't.

Okay just got my power core 4 in this morning and got it installed. Ais and servo removed. The power programmer should be here tomorrow but took the bike for a short ride down the street. The PC4 sounds awesome! I'm glad I went on and got the programmer becaus when getting on the throttle sometimes it would bog down. Hopefully the programmer will solve this problem. Thanks for all the advice. thumb

Have you done the flapper mod, or changed anything with the airbox?

Took the device off the top of the air box and have the flapper secured down. Removed the other device with the electrical plug and the 2 vacuum lines on it. (Electrical taped the plug and vacuum hose). There is a plastic cylinder where the vacuum hoses runs to. Should I remove the cylinder and just tape up the last remaining hose or just leave it the way I have it. scratch
