Need help/high miles??

I'm still looking for a used WR in the midwest, I found a 2008 with 12,000 miles for $3000, would anyone have any opinions on this deal, is it too many miles? Is it too much money for the miles? Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Thats a good price for a WR250R assuming its in good condition. Miles? Its not even halfway to its first scheduled valve check! Make sure it hasn't been thrashed and scoop it up.
