Home brew Handguard Turn signals!

Well, this is not as clean as some, but they're better than nothing, and are in addition to regular flashers:



5050SMD LED's I've had sitting around for a while. Wired them in (kind of ghetto for now). Grabs attention, which is what I want them to do!

The picture is pretty crappy due to dimlight and cell phone! I can post better pictures at request, but be aware they're held on by zip ties! (cleanly, though).

I also retrofitted my Ninja 250R Integrated tail light for a brighter brake/run/turn. I did both of these because I a blew three turn signal bulbs in 2 weeks.

Looks good to me. You've inspired me to pull the integrated tail out of my Fireblade before I sell it and stick it on my WR. I think I have some yellow LED strips lying around too. I like the functionality of the stock indicators, but they sure do look silly. Especially since they wobble whenever the bike is in motion...

Leed .. interesting turn signal. It sure catches attention. Would you mind posting a closer shot/pic of the "ninja rear"? Thanks in advance.
