12' WR250R - Throttle Cutting Off...

Hey guys:  I just recently purchased a 12' 250R with about 500 miles on it.  I love the bike so far, and it's a lot of fun.  

I purchased the bike used with a list of mods including:
-FMF Fuel Programmer (unsure of what setting, but the bike runs incredibly well--I have yet to even hear it back-fire)
-FMF Q4
-FMF Power Bomb
-Flapper/Solenoid removed
I believe it also has the AIS removed, and the Air box mod.  

So, I was riding today (bike now has 7XX miles), and in 20 miles, it had two hiccups (if you will).  Both happened when I was in 6th gear, and at a steady RPM/throttle.  The first time, I was at about half throttle, for a good 10-20 seconds, and all of a sudden the throttle/engine just cut-off until I let off the throttle, and then it instantly decelerated, as it normally would.  The second time, I was more so around 3/4-full throttle, and after about 10[ish] seconds it did the same thing; cut-out for a second until I let off the throttle, and then it acts as if nothing happened--normal deceleration.  

The only thing I could guess is the Fuel Programmer, but of all the bikes I've owned (9 others), this thing seems to start, idle, and ride the best (excluding this little issue).  

Any advice and/or help is greatly appreciated in advance!
