Continental Divide & Shadow of the Rockies Loop?

Has anyone done this as a loop?  I am trying to get a last minute trip together and see if this is possible or if it covers a lot of the same area.  I have BigDogs GPX for the Continental Divide and Plan on ordering Sam's Maps of the Colorado section of the Shadow of the Rockies.
Planning for 3rd or 4th week in Sept 2013

Any help would be appreciated.

I think your loop sounds like a good one. Go for it!

I have not ridden Shadow Of The Rockies. But a year a go my brother and I did a big loop pieced together from CDT (Big Dog tracks) , Forever West (in ADV forum) and the Colorado section of the TAT. Here is the trip report in the ADV forum.

You could make a shorter loop out of the route we did.

What I am planning is TAT, CDT and Shadow combo and who knows what else.
