08 wr250r fork seal replacement

I got a front fork seal leaking on my 08 WR250R. I have never torn into the forks before and i was wondering if there are any special tools that are need to replace the seals. I all so need the specs. on what type of oil and how much oil to add. any help would be great Thanks

vwsandman just did this I think. You can do a search for his post or PM him. I think he found a video on YouTube that helped with the process. I just can't remember if it was on this forum or over at TT where he posted the info.
