Wobbling Front Tire

I replaced my front tire today. I previously had a Battlax BT 023 on and it was great, never any issues. I accidentally ordered a Battlax T30 but decided it shouldnt be too much of a difference so I had it mounted and balanced. Now at higher speeds it has a speed wobble. Is it just the wrong tire for the bike or does it still need to be broken in further? Ive put 70 miles on the tire but still not much better. I never had this issue before. Any input is helpful.

My guess is not fully seated on the rim or not a good balance job.
