Squeaky Hard to Pull Clutch Empty
PostSubject: Squeaky Hard to Pull Clutch   Squeaky Hard to Pull Clutch EmptyThu Nov 12, 2015 7:13 pm

I just picked up a WR250R with 8300 miles indicated (owner claims a good deal less due to sprocket changes and no speedo healer). I didn't notice anything wrong on my test ride, but after an extended ride I began to notice the clutch pull had fatigued my hand more then my other bikes. Engagement seems fine, just a harder pull. I noticed a squeak coming from the engine area when I pull it in and out with the bike off. I got a new cheap OEM clutch cable I'm going to try tossing on, but I was wondering if it could be anything else?

Any help appreciated!

Most likely a dry clutch cable.
Lube your new one once in a while.
