Hey guys,

I'm submiting a strange case to WR250R Monks
Idling speed don't maintain after motor gets at correct temperature

I tried to be s specific as possible to get you complete overview

Here is the complete checkup in order :
Oil change without filter - 10w40 Motul (after 6000 km 3720 miles)
Road for 100 km  60 miles
Error code 13
Idling speed don't maintain after motor get at correct temperature (fan not venting)
Intake air pressure sensor, no obstructed, Diagnostic 4 shows coherent value when using start button
Air Filter, cleaned and oiled
Road for 80 km - Engine stop when back to idling speed, no throttle, clutch out
Fuel tank check : filters, twinair tissue filter, pipes (IMS 17L tank)
No twist in Fuel gauge
Spark Plug Change, correct interval - CR9EK
Fuel change, by known quality gas station - SP95 E5
Set of idling speed screw seems to not change the idling speed
Engine runs for 10 mins to get new gas
Fuel injector, unmounted and cleaned
Road for 50 km - Engine stop when back to idling speed, no throttle, clutch out
PowerCommander V complet by pass (unplug connector), same symptoms
Idling speed screw (left side), was black, cleaned it
Throttle body, unmounted and cleaned - Nothing apparent
Valve interval, in specifications
Timing chain, in specification
Intake valve (seen from the hole leaved by unmounted throttle body), some black things on the head part, seems solid
Oxygen Sensor have an infinite resistance value (would means it's broken, but no informations) - Tried with unpluged sensor, same symptoms

Error code 13 _AND_ 14

Will try :
Oxygen Sensor change

I suspects :
Bad gas while in a "Strange" European Country

Specifications:
WR250R
European model : no canister, with Oxygen sensor
PowerCommander V set on a powerbench
39000 km 24180 miles , without any problem in past 45 days, 12000 km 7440 miles, no problem
No engine oil consommation

Wonder how 12k in last days, check the great project transeurotrail.org , the europe's dirt road adventure.
Plan your next adventure in europe ! An Australian already ride most of it !

Feel free to ask any question
Any input could help the case

Thanks for your help !

For further reference, here's the solution for my case :
Air induction system pipe was bend, so Air gose was pinched, so Air can't go through.
Unbend and idling speed works as new ! I knew WR250R was a good bike !

Service manual wrote:
The air induction system burns unburned exhaust gases by injecting fresh air (secondary air) into the exhaust port, reducing the emission of hydrocarbons. When there is negative pressure at the exhaust port, the reed valve opens, allowing secondary air to flow into the exhaust port.
