Help, my 2012 WR250R won't start

My 2012 wr250r ran fine until I had to disassemble it for transport. Upon reassembly I have no headlight and no fuel pump buzz,I can jumper the relay and make it buzz but still no start,  cranks all day but I would like to know what needs to happen for the fuel pump relay to energize or any diagnostics tips and procedures thanks in advance

crank no start no fuel pump power All fuse ok brand new oem fuel pump with less than 30 hrs on it

Be more specific with your term of having to disassemble it.
What did you do, exactly?

I had to disconnect the sub frame the swing arm the forks to fit it into a vehicle because a truck was not available The biggest thing I am trying to troubleshoot right now is that I have no power going into my fuel pump

Logic say that something was not reassembled correctly, and now you're trying to find out what that is.
A Genuine Yamaha Service Manual is a very good idea if you do not have one already.

With a wiring diagram and going over what you disassembled/reassembled, you may find things like the side stand switch not connected properly.
Same for the handlebar switches and other wiring connectors you had to disconnect.
I'd also have the battery load tested at your local motorcycle dealer in order to rule that out.

When you find the cause, do us a favor and post here what the reason was.
Too many times these threads go unresolved when the person posting the question does not come back to report what the trouble was once it's discovered and repairs made

Thank you all for the replies, I tried to pull the codes with the link provided and I could not get it to go into diagnostic mode, I have the service manual but the wiring diagram is not the easiest to read I also have no power at the headlight, it cranks so I would assume that rules out the kickstand and level switch,I will post my find even if I must take it to the dealer, any and all help is appreciated.

American bikes to ground a black wire from the lean angle sensor. From the factory this wire isnt connected to anything, Ground it and you should be able to enter diag mode.

Google "wr250r diag mode" or something like that, if the above is not clear enough :)

No ground coming out of the blue/red wire going into the fuel pump relay,if I jump ground the fuel pump runs cranks but will not fire. Still trying to figure out why no diag mode and what the cdi needs to see for it to ground that blue/red circuit also the coolant light is on dont know why

Have you located the lean angle sensor? thats where the extra wire should come from...

Yes I have located the lean angle sensor it is directly under the seat there is a black wire coming out of it that appears to be grounded I also grounded it myself with no difference if I had local help I would not be on the Internet asking for help but I appreciate the response anyhow Adding ground to the black wire on the lean angle sensor did nothing thanks in advance

You're the first one I ever heard that couldnt access diag mode, so thats just why im grasping at straws here. And you mentioned a blue/red wire earlier, so atleast some confusiun was present. I know you down have local help as of now, but it might be worth it to seek local help in a facebook / riders group near you. Cause something is not right.

Plenty have done it with both newer, older and same year bikes.
Does nothing happen when you hold in the correct buttons, and turn on the ignition while still holding the buttons down?

Absolutely nothing happens in the coolant light remains on whether I have the coolant temp sensor plugged in or not the only way I've gotten the coolant light to turn off is to on plug the ECU and then I get error one no communication with the ecu, I'm leaning towards a faulty ECU

The headlight won't come on, if I unplug the ecu (to avoid damage) and add ground to the wire in the relay the headlight works, this leads me to believe the ecu to be faulty, which is the manual says is the cause of no headlight if all other steps in the flow chart are no go

Typically the headlight does not come on until the engine is running.

Well the factory diagram is pathetic, it says where the wires go, but not what they do, I am going top parts cannon a used ecm since I am out of ideas thanks for the consideration and responses. I'll reply with my findings as soon as she is running

Pulled bike out of storage this winters project, may be purchasing a ecm will update...

Were you able to ever access diagnostic mode?

I was never able to access diag mode after reassembly, I was able to when first purchased however
