Hey, I have been looking for a sweet deal on a WRR and found one Sunday within 110 or so miles of home. By Monday my 1900 mile 2008 WRR was home in the garage. I am active on a few forums, always with the ed29 screen name, so a few of you here might be acquainted with me already.
The farkling has begun already, will look around and find the right sub-forum to post up the mods as they go.
This bike is replacing a 2003 XR250R that I converted for dual sport use two and a half years ago. the odometer I added to that bike has tallied over 12,600 miles since it was installed. Not bad since it has had as many as five stable mates over that period. I expect that with the better road manners and electrical system the WRR will rack up the miles pretty fast.
