I am a little late to post this up. It was a great time with food, friends, music and fun. I wanted to ride more but what I did get was fantastic. Clappedr6 was there and I hope he will add some pics. Zac is on another trip but maybe he can be coaxed int posting up here too as he is a new R2 owner. There were 3 of us there with Rs and there was a lot of interest in the bikes.
First we had to pack up the bikes. Neither Zac nor I had bags to haul our gear so we opted for the comfort of the truck to haul us into the gorge.

Day 2, time to ride.

On the way back to camp Chris asks me how the little 250s do on the freeway. We can save over an hour by taking the slab back and it is getting late, we need to greet incoming riders and start diner. No problem I say, we'll try to keep up.
The wind was howling as it does up the Gorge... I lost sight of the pack at the end of the on ramp... in my mirrors
I waited about 5 minutes at the off ramp. Thought they must have taken a different route and headed back to camp.

Greet a few new arrivals and the group shows up. So I had to ask... how did my little 250 do on the freeway

I only got to ride about 160 miles while I was there. I will be back.
