Where does this part go?

I need some help from my fellow Wr250R\X riders. I did my first anual bike maintenance and i am very particular freak :) - I managed to strip my WR250R bike completely - cleaned and lubbed all parts and fitted it all back together as per Yamaha Workshop manual. Does anyone know where they fit?

They're some kind of a rubber flaps that are held by zip ties.
Correct?

I'm guessing #65 and #72 in that diagram.

Yeah, the one on the right in the photo is rubber and the left one is plastic. But you are 100% spot on that it's #65 and #72 in the diagram!
