Big City Air Sucks

Cleaned my Shoei Hornet today and the area around the front mouth vent area was black with grit! Yuck! Wish I could clean my lungs! I think I l am going to keep this vent closed when in the city.

That's as maybe, but you should try riding around the countryside here in spring - you end up breathing in bugs/flies/wasps/bees etc!!! Visor ends up being coated in squashed insect 'mulch' after half an hour! When you get home, be VERY CAREFUL using the kitchen cleaning utensils on your lid so your better half doesn't find out!!

Geez, all you ingesting is a little bit of protein. Won't hurt you at all.....
