will the rider feel hotter with a windshield during summer?

so on hwy the wind can get annoying so im considering one of those handlebar mounted windshields, but i was thinking, if the wind no longer hits my upper body during hot summer will i get really hot?

The wind will still circulate plenty around your upper body but it will not pound you any longer. Even a fly screen will shield/deflect enough air to make the ride more comfortable. Deflect is the key word you will not stop the air flow without a full enclosure.

You might try the Harbor Freight shield just for the heck of it. Cost is near nothing and it helps much more than you'd imagine.
