Anybody find a better deal for a brand new PC-V????

Damn! I think I paid ~$285 not more than a month and a half ago...

Wow, I was eventually thinking of going big bore, but in the meantime, would installing the PCV in my bone stock bike make any difference?

Depends on what else you've done. Exhaust? Airbox mods?

Anybody seen the PC-V for less than $258 from a reputable source?

Zero. No mods, totally stock.

A free mod that will make a very noticable difference (when coupled with the PCV) is the removal of the airbox door, and the appropriate fuel map. It's loud as hell, but the power is increased, without a doubt.

I've done it until I get my exhaust ordered, and I've always worn ear plugs when riding anyway. No complaints here.
Also, I did try it bone stock with the bone stock map, and the difference was almost undetectable. NOT worth the money in that configuration.
