someone explain me how to fix sliders?

someone can explain me how to fix the sliders on the front whel and the back wheel?

we must pass a rod in the original axle wheel, or they are screwed directly onto the original axle wheel????

what do you think about the axle sliders, is it good for the protection?

but they are for wr250 x models, it's the same for wr250r, isn't it??? i think it's good
