I have two black hex screws that I have no idea where they came from. Any ideas?

^^ As above = what very recent work have you done to the bike ? This will proberly jog your memory & help to answer your own question.

They look very similar length, style & washer to the 2 bolts that retain the lifting strap on the seat - have you just removed that item lately ?

The two bolts that hold the rear tail section on. Located next to the ECU ! thumb
