New WRX rider from North NJ!

Hello all! I am a new WRX rider from Bergen County NJ. Excited to get into the sport after riding strictly sport bike riding for 8 years. After about 70 miles on my ride home from purchasing the bike used at 10,000 miles, the chain snapped on the Garden State Parkway doing 60mph. I will post pics of that in the correct thread. However, if anyone is from this area I am down to learn more about the sport.

Hey there. This is an old post but I figured I'd reply anyhow. How has your riding experience been so far living in north Jersey?
