Gaerne are supposedly known to be wide, but I haven't tried any.  

I have wide feet too; for casual riding/work I wear a Redwing 971 in 12EE, and for proper riding boots I have a set of TCX Pro 1.1 in 12.5.  They fit well and are not too narrow. YMMV!

I have wide feet and my Gaerne SG10's are very comfortable.
Alpinestars Tech 3's and Scouts (dual sport boots) also fit my feet well.
