Forks Stuck in triples

Just bought a used 2011 wr250r and lowered the rear. So I wanted to lower the front as well.

the left fork will move when I separate the lower triple clamp, but the right will not budge.

I have tried (not in order)

1) removing all bolts
2)separate the clamps
3) using brake cleaner and wd-40
4) taping "lightly with a rubber malle
5) loosening the stering nut and giving the forks a bit of a shake

I am hoping that the forks are not bent. Dont think they are. Or that the triples are tweeked

Any advice would be great

If all the pinch bolts are loose or removed, try putting a flat screwdriver in the gap where the pinch bolts pinch and pry it open a little. You need to do both top and bottom triple clamp bolts. Try tapping harder with said mallet. Or try twisting. Or drop the left fork out of the top one to relieve any pressure it may be causing.

Did all this, except for the dropping the left fork.

Are the tires off the ground or not?

On the ground the first time I tried to move the forks. Then when it didnt work I did all that was mentioned on a stand with the front wheel off.
