While I dont ride on the limiter often or on purpose I dont worry about hitting it on the wrr, its only 10800 rpm, thats nothing for a 250 four stroke most the mx ones rev a couple of thousnd rpms higher.

Gonna have a hard time blowing it up unless it overheats. Bet it could do its 10.5k redline all day long. We hold the things at 8-9K on the highway for hours. I wouldn't be too surprised if they could withstand 15k rpms before really becoming dangerous.

The whole point of a rev limiter is to keep the engine from being damaged...
