Rear tire for my X, 80% street/ 20% dirt ??? QC,CA

Hey guys, Like the topic said, i have no ideas for my rear tire !

I'm doing 80 % Street and a little of dirt but rarely .. Want something aggressive in street, with a little treat for the dirt/ salt (QC city…)

Price doesn't matter,  I don't want a tire like MX

I am running a Shinko 705 on my R which is advertised as a 80 Street / 20 Dirt tire. Been happy with them on the street so far and they are relatively inexpensive.

Uhhhhh.......what about the front tire?

just rear cuz Im supposed to sell my bike in few months so I don't want to spend for a front tire

Btw I thought Sumo was like Mx , you can't ride 2 different tire in front and rear ??
