Are you positive that it's blown out? I bought my wrr new last year, and it's rear shock felt worn out. After a year of use it's no better, but no worse. Need to stand and use my legs as a supplemental shock absorber. Otherwise it will bounce like an old 1970 Buick. OEM Wr250r/x shock is not all that hot. Revalved with gold valves it feels really good. I haven't done mine yet (spent all me moneys renovating bathroom) but have ridden one with gold valves. Feels like a proper, modern enduro bike. I bet with express shipping and a little pleading you could have yours done within the 2 week window. Travis @Go Race, Ian @Rider's Edge are two good places, but there are other good shops around too. Depending upon your weight and expectations, you may be able to get it acceptable by adjusting the clickers. Realize of course that they won't cause the type of dramatic change that you would see on a more expensively suspended dirt bike. After a professional revalve though, it will be totally different bike. Then of course you will need to do the forks as well, right?
