| Hi Everyone,
I'm the proud owner of a 2012 WR250R, but the other day, I realized that the horn, headlight, rad fan and all turn signals no longer work. I checked the fuse box on the left side of the bike (above the horn) but switching out the fuses and no improvement.
Brake light and license plate light work just fine....
Some background, about 3 weeks again I did the DRC taillight kit with the OEM connectors. About 4 days ago, however, I did the Tusk handlebar riser mod, and while the electrical wires seemed to have enough slack, maybe they didn't....
My problem is that I don't know which way the power goes through the bike, so don't know where to look first. I have a multimeter but not sure where I need to touch the contacts to check the power.
Thanks very much for your help.
Joe
Edit - after staring at the wiring diagram and discovering the "signal wiring" map in the service manual, I think I have found the problem. The main switch, on the right side of bike, behind the rad guard, may have had the headlight switch disconnected from the extension in the handlebar. This makes sense on the wiring that it would affect turn signals and headlight, but not the fan or horn...maybe the horn has a dotted line relationship with the signals and headlight? And maybe the fan just doesn't come on that quickly (5 mins in 30 degree celsius heat) - we'll see tomorrow when I open it up.

| You can test the fan, either by giving it 12v directly, or this:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HL6mbSmQnXQ&index=1&list=WL Thanks Jens - I have an update - I multimeter tested the cables all the way from the main switch to the headlight/signal/horn fuses to the headlight and signal relays (couldn't find the horn relay) - all seem in tact and all are giving me a 12v reading. So, somewhere between the relays to the actual signals/horn/headlight, I have a problem. The headlight bulb looks in tact, but if it's not, and is burnt out, would it cut the turn signals and horn as well? I was wrong about the fan. Thanks to Jens' tips I tested it and it works fine. So just the headlight, horn and signals....

| Go ahead and give the man who made the video a "like"
I only have one beam on my wr, due to a homemade solution, and the off mode doesnt affect any other things.
