Will these mirrors fit?

Are these the right size thread/depth...will these mirrors fit on the bike?

Yes they do, but you will also have to purchase a mirror adapter because Yamaha uses reverse threads on the right-hand mirror perch.

Got the mirrors and the adapter, the adapter doesn't fit... It doesn't screw on to the mirror. Called them and lady said she doesn't do anything with that and later that night I get a email from a guy there saying he tried it and the adaptors are the opposite of what they need to be. He sent a email to the company he bought them from and asked them to find the correct ones, and he'll let me know what they say. Couple days later, I get another email from the guy: Our dealer found the correct ones, but they are so new, they will have to try and get them direct from the manufacturer. He'll let me know when he hears more information...

So havent heard any thing from that email in a day or two and don't know what to do now

So the adapter screws into the reverse threads of the right-hand perch, but the mirror itself does not screw onto the adapter? What is the problem? Wrong thread size, wrong pitch, or is the adapter itself reverse-threaded too?

In any case, you can get such an adapter from Rocky Mountain too.

The mirror doesn't screw into the adaptor. Didn't even try screwing the adaptor into the perch since the mirror doesn't screw into adaptor.

I just ordered that part you linked to and the base extension for the other side so the mirrors are even. Now hopefully both of those work.
