I'm having a hard time understanding all the different bends and crap. Been told I want Protaper or Fatbar bars at 1 1/8, cool. After looking, it looks like there is a lot more to it then that. Then the mounts? Assuming that is not included? Can I get what i want (which i don't know what that is), all included, for under $75

Good luck on the 75.00 thing those bars are nice, but my bike hits the ground on a fairly regular basis and bars even good ones can only take so many hits before they junk. I have been very happy with these for the price http://www.motorcycle-superstore.com/2/9/192/5131/ITEM/MSR-Racing-Dominator-Aluminum-Handlebar.aspx

Checkout the new Easton EXP bars.
http://www.eastonexp.com/
I have just ordered a set of the "woods" bend 1 3/8, at the moment there is a special offer running where for $99 + shipping you get the bars, clamps and hardware!
Easton, developed the FAT bar concept, and i am told they produce all the pro taper bars.
The great thing about the woods bend, is that it gives the bars lift and also provides a long control area due to the sharp bends, it should make mounting accessories alot easier.

^^Nice. A lot of info there. Still don't understand all the bend crap. Also when ordering (just looking) they show at least two different part numbers. How do you know which one? *It all just frusterates me.

This explains the bends of various bars and what that means (pullback, ride, and width). http://www.rockymountainatv.com/handlebarinfo.do

The stock handlebars are 7/8" in diameter as are the stock handlebar clamps.
"Fatbars" are 1-1/8" in diameter at the clamps, and taper out to 7/8" at the controls and grips so that you can reuse the stock controls. You'll need to either change the handlbar clamps to 1-1/8" (I used the GYTR pieces) or add adapters to the stock clamp to mount that. I think it was about $150 for everything (ProTaper Evo bars Henry/Reed bend, GYTR 1-1/8" clamp, and the optional new grips and throttle tube).
If you're budget is $75, get either Renthal Twin-wall or ProTaper SE (Seven-Eigth's) bars. They're the same diameter as stock and much much stronger, as strong as the 1-1/8" bars, because they're made of aluminum. Just not as fancy. I don't doubt that I would have been just as happy with the ProTaper SE's, but I went with the fatbars because I wanted the fancy.
The bend issue...
The width of the bar is pretty obvious. ;) Pullback is simple once you visualize it. Think of a line coming going perpendicular to the bar clamps. Pullback is how far back the end of the bar is from that line. Rise is similar. Draw a line across bar where it mounts to the clamps, rise is how high the end of the bar is above that line.

The YZ DBL HI might be nice depending on what you want. Good closeout deal. Just not a lot of selection left. They will promptly email the bar dimensions if you ask.

I put these on my WR and really like them. You also will need the big bar clamp kit.

Heres a pic of the bars. I cut a 1/2" of each end to allow for cable reach. They worked great here, but the trailwings....

Yeah, that's not trailwing terrain! One of the few places that I didn't like them. The D606 are working much better on the occasional sandy stretches.
Which bend Tusk Chub Bar is that? (Your link a few posts back didn't specify). Looks like it might be the ATV high bend, but I didn't want to assume. Having to trim 1/2" off each end still has them around the width of a stock bar and not too narrow. Interesting that you had to trim them even with no risers and just the big bar clamps (or are my eyes deceiving me and there is some lift built into your bar clamps?). I think the stock bars are about 3.8" tall and the ATV Highs look to be 4.75", so only an effective increase of 0.95" in bar height increase. I've seen reports of adding not only a 1" lift to stock bars, but a 2" to stock bars and it working regarding cable length. Maybe the pullback and width impact that a bit, but I'm still trying to decide what bars to use.
I'm picking a bar with less pullback than stock because it always feels like my wrists are bent too far out when I have my elbows up in attack mode. Heck, even when just cruising. I'm going to pick the least pullback bar I can find, even if they don't give me the rise I want. I can always add the rise with clamps with rise.

^and^^ Pics of the bars are great, i like that. Also that is kind of what i meant by not understanding the bends in the bars. Just so many to choose from, I don't want to get something that doesn't work. I'm just assuming that I need to get something as close to stock as possible.
*Lastly, why do some have the brace across the top? I don't mount anything to the bars, and I kind of like the look. ^I guess the question is, why don't they all have it?

Yes, they are the ATV high bend. After rotating the bars up to where they are now they probably would have fit without trimming the bars. The big bar clamp kit adds ¾" height to handlebar bend. At 5 11, I can comfortably stand up on the pegs. My GF took a spill on the WR with the stock bars so bent bars prompted a upgrade.
Hoping there is enough clearance under the bars now for a Scotts steering sub mount kit. Good luck with your search.
The cross brace isn't needed for fat bars because there stronger and don't need them.

I opted for the Renthal RC High Fatbar with some 2" Rox Risers. They were the tallest bars I could find with the least pull back. I stand about 75% of the time, so I wanted something that would be real comfortable. Works great for me!
