| Service Honda has them for $215.09 and they ship international. Yes, they sell Yamaha parts. And Kawasaki, Suzuki, and CanAm also. Service Honda link | |

| Man, that's tough luck. For a headlight guard, we've used a piece of plexiglass or lexan fastened on with super velcro. Sounds like I need to fix up one for the WR. Best of luck with the replacement. Sarah | |

| http://www.4strokesonly.com/headlights.html Try this guy. It will fit but I don't know if he ships internationally or not. You'd have to give him a call. You can't order online. I got the one made in Italy and it had all the neccessary mounting points it's just not the exact OEM replacement. I had to re-glue the foam etc. back on from my broken lense but it was better than paying so much for one from Yamaha. Also, keep an eye out on ebay. I recently got a used back-up factory lense for $30 with all the parts still connected to the lower plastic. | |

| If the entire headlight assembly is smashed, you may want to perhaps explore putting in a Baja Designs setup. I had one on my XR400 and it was an amazing improvement over the Acerbis dual sport headlight. Two 4" headlights really make a difference in visibility as well as the ability to see in the dark. | |

| My headlight got broke by a tree that reached out & smashed it while woods riding. Yamaha's absurd price for a replacement drove to try a friend Baja Designes rectangular headlight (about $40). It was a perfect fit. | |

| FYI - Baja Designs is a perfect fit, P/N #60-0002. Baja Designs @ $40 beats OEM @ $200+ any day!!! ericw | |

| A headlight from a KTM 2004 EXC450 fits just fine. I got it from the dealer for about $120 Canadian. Just have to get some weather stripping and silicone up one hole in the back of the lens that KTM uses as a spot for another small bulb.
Its the glas, the rubber and a new bulb plate and spring. You need to reuse the rest of your stock stuff to mount it. | |
