New front rotor problem

I recently changed both rear & front brake hoses with HEL braided lines. I also switched the small front rotor on the Warp9 SM rims with their larger 320mm version and changed pads. Bled both brakes, back works fine however front doesn't...when I keep lever pressed they bite then release then bite and repeat. I bled brakes again, same issue. Switched to WRR 18/21 rims both brakes work flawlessly.

The disc looks fine, gave it a good cleaner with brake cleaner. Thoughts?

Turns out the rotor is warped, or the bracket is off. Either way, been waiting 2 days for a response from Warp9...

In conclusion, Warp9 sent out a new disc no questions asked, which works perfectly.
