While spring cleaning my bike, I noticed cracked paint and odd "bumps" on both fork tubes.

Has anyone ever seen this?  Any idea what is going on?

Never seen damage like this before on any bike, not just WRR.

If these are indeed bumps, then I would definitely open up the forks to see what's going on inside.
