| This is amod I installed last year, but I thought I'd post it up here for everyone's info. I installed the MSR Evolution handguards on my 2008 WR250R. It only took about 10 minutes. I shaved an 1/8" or so off the throttle tube and grip with a hacksaw as the instructions recommended. On the clutch side I simply used a utility knife to cut out the center of the grip rubber. The larger serrated collets fit exactly inside the handlebars. I had no issues with any controls. I still need to slighly adjust the alignment side to side, but otherwise they are great so far. | |

| I still have the riot. I am too big to use it now, probably was too big when I bought it (seems best suited for 180lbs or less). I use a Necky Santa Cruze for most of my class 1 and 2 down stream paddling. I weigh 230lbs now, so I need more displacement. | |

| Yeah, sometimes the bike goes off the beaten track once in a while, but it's all good. _________________ A wolf's voice echoed down the mountain 'Share the bounty of the hunt with your brothers and sisters, and forever be strong and free.' | |

| Did you see that guy go over Palouse Falls in a Kayak on purpose and live? Google if not. That was extreme to say the least. Can you imagine how your stomach would feel once you hit that point of no turning back? | |

| hey wjfawb0, is that tail bag on a rack or just strapped on top of the fender? | |

| I always strap the tail bag to the tubes under the rear with no rack. I just ordered a rack, though. I use the bag on my FZ1 and WR250R. I keep all the essential items in there as well as insurance and registration so it's easy to get to. | |
