fork oil level

Since I'm 140 lbs. and I'm over sprung by the stock springs. I am changing my fork springs which i got from moto-pro to a .44 for the forks and a 7.4 for the shocks. Since i will be opening the forks, i might as well change the fork oil. How much 5wt fork oil is recommended? Checked the WR manual but it was not mentioned.

I could use a service manual as well! Dealer quoted me $80 bucks for one earlier, I declined. Figured I could find it online for less.

The offer on that link has definitely made you a popular wolf here. wink

As for fork oil, I think I just used the level specked in the service manual when I changed mine. Changing out the fish-oil that was in there to Ohlins 5wt was the single biggest change I have made to the bike. Having the rear shock re-sprung and re-valved was good, but didn't have nearly the same effect as the fork oil. thumb
