| We'll ask mother earth about the days to come. I'll probably start my first camping fire this week. There is going to be a lot of meditation ritual beside this fire. | |

| Usually I don't venture into this subject often on open forums, but with the volume of " earth based " views here I'm feeling quite at home. What I call myself is less important than how I live my life. I have one simple guide ..."If it harm none, do what you will." This is a philosophy I have believed in since I was in my formidable years and have renewed myself into in most recent years. I had taken a twenty year detour on a slow train, "blind faith based religion" during which time I had risen to an Assistant Pastor's position. During my Ordination training I was required to research "church history" where I found many misappropriated doctrines that forced me to really look at what I believed. I no longer felt comfortable there. I have seen too many things to discard all yet in sifting truths I have been lead back to my roots. I am who I am. | |

I've never seen pigs fly around any of my fires, but other animals have. _________________ A wolf's voice echoed down the mountain 'Share the bounty of the hunt with your brothers and sisters, and forever be strong and free.'

| Actually I mount a prospector tent in my backyard for the summer. I have a place for the fire. My son's and their friends use this area as a party area. As for the pig I only meant it's spirit. Don't forget we still have snow in all ou trails over here, so all we do at this time of year is anticipate with the help of mother earth. It's all about preparation. | |

| Yeah, the snow's gone down here...at least at the lower elevations. I'm going to have to clean out the camper at some point and get it ready for camping season...tents are fun but the camper holds more heat and keeps the dampness out when you get those unexpected rains during the night that weren't forecast. New and full moon are great times to channel and attune with spirits! _________________ A wolf's voice echoed down the mountain 'Share the bounty of the hunt with your brothers and sisters, and forever be strong and free.' | |

What a selfish, self centered way to live. If you want true happiness in your life, that is not dependent on your circumstances, center your life around Jesus. You have read the Bible, you should know better.

You have read the Bible, you should know better. I see it's done wonders for your respect of others' choices. And shame on you for assuming that someone else's true happiness must be exactly the same as yours.

| This is what I mean, this whole 'there is only one way' stuff. I know I won't need my camper to stay warm where I go after this. I'll be with my spirit guides, love and light, and peace and harmony. _________________ A wolf's voice echoed down the mountain 'Share the bounty of the hunt with your brothers and sisters, and forever be strong and free.' | |

Not I may but I might. Each day I live is a day closer to my death. It's been like that for any living thing since the first sign of life existed.

You have read the Bible, you should know better. You see, to me someone that thinks he holds the truth is the best image selfishness. The kind of mind so closed that it can't think by itself and needs another entity to be able to live with others. Be happy with your god Captain Midnight. Just realise that it's not every one that is in the same ship as you. And don't forget that even in the writings it is said that there is only one way to heaven. Nothing is said about only one religion. I'm happy to say that to go from point A to point B, I can sometime use a map, a GPS, my memory, other's indications and many things I don't care to remember right now. I'm always looking for the one that lives alone somewhere and is in peace with himself. I imagine he's able to live all by himself without any help. He's able to continously grow toward completeness with care for others and himself. The kind of person that doesn't speak but that it's way of life tells everything. This one doesn't tell others what to do, what is best, what is wrong. No this one just by the way he lives shows what is light and happyness. I'm sure this one lives somewhere in the wild. Over there everything is such in balance that it attracts people in search of such a balance. Châlôm

| Clay! All natural kitty litter! At least the stuff the good pet stores carry are all made from clay pellets. What comes out of the earth goes right back into it. Recycling at its best.

OK, let me put this in bible speak so as you can under stand. ... Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. Do not judge others, for the measure which you use in doing so will be used to measure you. Love your neighbor as your self. ... ya, that's selfish, Jesus never made claim to any title outside of being the christ, he stated several times that his message was more important than self. ... Love not Hate, Let's all get along despite differences. Its more about being in right standing with your god than it is in being religious / righteous (good ground vs an exclusionary attitude toward others). Oh, I have read the bible and I do know better. I have studied it and its origin far more than most and have adjusted my theology as it was necessary.

Did you also read the transcriptions of the dead sea scrolls ? Your way of thinking is exactly to the point. It's not the messenger that is important, it's the message. All I read in the bible is pointing toward personnal development not to enrolement. Beside when we take it like that it is much more peaceful.

| And there's no "law" that says you NEED a bible, or the bible, to find spirituality, peace, enlightenment, center, or fulfillment in life.
Plenty of people can find happiness and contentment without any of that stuff at all.
Just sayin'..... _________________ 2008 WR250X Gearing: 13t - 48t Power Commander 5 / PC-V Airbox Door Removed - Flapper glued - AIS removed FmF Q4 Bridgestone Battlax BT-003rs
