that sure is pretty... I may end up getting one as well if for no other reason than the extra dashboard space to mount random crap.

Yes, the dash space is nice. I have power outlet on there and have mounted my GPS on it. Makes my handle bars less cluttered. Plus the GPS is in a better position to see it easily.

Thought I'd point out that your sticker is expired in that pic ;) They expire August 31. My two riding buddies didn't realize that until I nagged them that I needed one for my bike and they couldn't figure out why since I had one last time we went out.

Thanks Ark, yes I knew it was out of date. I need to get another one. It is starting to cool down and the single track in the SHNF will be calling soon! I did about 3 hours out there a month ago. It was very warm. And that was in the morning.

emailed Ian about availability of Lynx for our bikes not the lynxR here is the response:

Hi,

I’m sorry that the original Lynx for the WR is discontinued now. It looks like any other Lynx model, but it was actually a different mold to fit the WR and when it got worn out we didn’t replace it because the orders had dried up when the R became available.

I know looks are an individual thing, but the Lynx R is a much better fairing all round and particularly on the WR where the original was a bit of a pain to fit. Actually, the original Lynx on all models will shortly discontinue as the sales have virtually stopped as we brought more Lynx R models into production these past few months.

Regards

Lynx R it is then
