Yeeeow, remember when the Elsinore was THE bike to have???? Just think, THIS was the bike to have before Yammy brought the YZ out.

The owner said he didn't want to fire up the car to come 5 minutes for his morning coffee, so kicking off the bike was quicker and easier. And it kicked off on the first shot I might add.

What freaks me out is the front brake....or lack there of.....

That MT looks is excellent condition.
Retro nostalgia is funny because I remember when bikes like that wouldn't have gotten a second glance since it was just an outdated bike with short suspension.

The Elsinore that was The One and competed with the Yamaha YZ was the CR-125.
The MT was a dual-purpose bike with an engine design loosely based on the CR-125.

That is a very clean vintage bike! I think back in those days that bike had front & rear drums which is why there is no rotor up front.

I know it's a drum up front....I'm pretty old........but look how SMALL it is.
