| Updated the welder. This one is a Lincoln V350 pro which can do MIG TIG and stick. Our MIG machine is fine but I'm hoping his will upgrade our TIG capabilities. With the frame and pipes needing to be modified having nice TIG welds will be crucial. Lincoln Invertec 350 by TurbStLCards, on Flickr | |

| From the looks of the pictures I'd guess shop owner. All the pics are taken in a bike shop setting anyway. | |

| Alright! The bike is here. I got the engine cradle bolted up and the bike on the lift. I'll work on tearing down the rest of the bike and play the waiting game for the engine to show. I'm hoping it will be here early next week. Hopefully I can get a new workshop sorted out soon. The basement of the crappy rental house is NOT going to cut it for this project. | |

| Generally stripped down. Ready to get the engine in there and leveled up so i can start cutting brackets off the chassis! Also the new wheels should be here in a few days and I can take the stockers off. I won't be riding this in the dirt. So if anyone wants a brand new WRR wheelset, PM me. | |

| Worked on the basement today. Surrounded the bike in florescent lights today. No flash on that pic. Compare it to the last pic I posted. MUCH better now! I can see the levels and squares, and tools, etc. | |

| Saw this on Pennswoods classifieds. Figured I'd post it in case you were interested in talking with him about the pipes maybe:

Thanks, I'll take a look at it! First setback today. I found out that I bought the wrong V350 welder. Turns out the Lincoln I bought was a V350 Construction without the 6 and 14 pin connectors to hook up the LN 72 wire feeder I have. I needed the model one step up which is the factory and has the 6 and 14 pin hook up. Quite the amateur mistake I must say. Hopefully I can trade/return/sell this one and get the factory model without losing too much time and money. The only Lincoln feeder the V350 construction model works with is a clunky outdoor unit that I am not a fan of at all! So the V350 needs to be replaced unfortunately, and not the feeder. Oh well, I'll do my best to get it worked out quickly so I can get the engine mounted up soon!

| Oh little Ruca Dog. What a cutie. She's an attention monger! If she isn't the center of attention she has this really sad face she puts on. I can only resist it for 30 seconds or so before I have to drop everything and rub her ears for a few minutes. I have a huge soft spot for that doggie! | |

| My advice is if you plan to use the R sprocket get rid of the rubber gasket/buffer. That thing is noisy as heck. | |

Its just there to take up space and make measurements from. I'll put a pretty chain and sprocket on at the end. I'm going to take a stab at this wordpress thing in addition to posting updates on Twitter and these forums. I'll be one well networked SOB! Perhaps this will all go swimmingly and I can do builds like this for others. Or it will all fall apart and I will be the laughing stock of the internet.

| I've been mulling doing a blog on this build and I bit the bullet today.
More details and commentary at the blog. I feel less bad being a post whore on a blog than a website that I must share with others.
So check it out if you don't mind.

| I kind of suspected after putting those beautiful wheels on you didn't plan to use the stock sprocket but I figured I'd say something just in case . | |
