I want to give a great shout out to Dick Dyer at Dirt Works Tacoma.

I handed him my stock shock and forks and wow what a difference. I went from stock to amazing. The bike feels totally different and very comfortable. No more POGO.

Dick Dyer @ (253) 474-9431, is a great guy and very knowledgeable. Price was $348 with springs, oils, labor, etc.

Thanks to Dick and all the WR folks that contribute here and help all of us newbies out.

Cheers

No valving, could not afford it. To be honest I don't think it's necessary.

I have race tech gold valves front and rear and a eibach 9.4 spring in the rear on mine, im about 240.
Its night and day better than stock, its about as good as my ohlins equiped gasgas.
The stock valving isnt very good, the race tech setup works awesome, theres about twice as many shims in the new stacks.

For me the basic rebuild works. If I were 20 years old again I would be on WR450F.
