2013 vs 2014

So just saw that they released the 2014 Wr250r

Is there anything different other then the $1000 price upgrade? Went over the specs and couldn't find anything different.

Didnt see the 14 WRR, but I can tell you the new triple is going to be my next commuter. Its cheap! powerful enough, and light. Ought to be very low maintenance too if it adheres to normal yamaha manufacturing on top of its mild tuning.

Well I checked the yamaha canada website this morning after I saw your post, and the 2014 was listed at $7,999.00 CAD. Just checked again and now it's listed at $6,999.00 CAD, same as the 2013.

That supposed 2014 model WR-250R on the Canadian Yamaha website looks an awful lot like the 2013 model shown on the USA Yamaha website.
White rear render and all.

On the USA site, there is no 2014 WR-250R shown.

According to the Yamaha dealer in Anchorage, the only change for the 2014 will be BNG.
