I hve a full machine shop at my house, and just getting my wr250r this weekend.

Looking at the wr, its a simple thinhg to install a tail rack, just machine 4 AL spacers, and an AL plate to mount the rotopax, and away you go.

Maybe based off of this I'll pin the rotopax adapter, rather than deal with the epoxy.
