Six8's ride by the water and on the water

While out on our 1st real off road ride I found this little lake
there were 2 guys fising in a small boat they brought in on top of a 4 wheeler




This one is on the way home and taking a short cut to avoid the pan handlers downtown

And you didn't bring your pole and troll while on the ferry ? Tsk tsk... :)

It's a short trip on the ferry
and I like to fish about twice every 10 years or so.
Now to go huntng...
Track your ass through the bush with the dog...
Thats way better than drowning worms.

Last time I went fishing was in a canoe off Island View Beach (near Victoria BC.)
We got a few progressively larger rockcod, then hooked a 135 lb halibut.
We had to beach the fish on Little D'arcy Island, here:

I'm not a fisherman, I was there for the ocean canoeing.
Although that halibut was very tasty, fish & chip party for 80 people.

Good times. Moto: that was a few months after I bought my first motorcycle, the mighty Yamaha XS400.

I do like to fish in the ocean, big water big fish
did some party boat stuff, and surf casting
never caught more than dinner

I'll go behind my firehall and do some skills stuff (Stl Blvd and Industrial)
I've the saftey councel course starting tomorrow

Looks like the bike is parked in front of a nice launching ramp. Get close enough to shore and hit that jump!!!!!
