Well i'm coming crazy, i bought a master link 520 O-ring but doesnt fit inside chain, now i know that are not standard, the hole on oem chain is 5,20 mm but my master link is 5,30 mm so doesn't fit.

Anyone buyed one Master Link that fits in OEM Chain?

I dont know which one is, i now is a did 520 o-ring but i dont know if is v.
so you think if a bouht a 520v o-ring its going to feet?.

Take a look at the lettering stamped into the plates of your chain.
If it's a DID 520V, it should say it on there.

hi, found myself in the same boat .called did, what you need to convert to a clip type master link is a yamaha part # 94681-87011-00. did told me the chain was made for yamaha only.now i can take my chain off to clean and lube it and than put it back on without making a mess out of the rest of the bike. i know clean freak.
