Lockable luggage

I am looking for some lockable luggage. Does anyone know of any. I am thinking about going with Happy Trails luggage but was wondering if there is anything smaller out there.

You could use some type of plastic cases ....like pelican or similar (bunch of different sizes available) to mount to the Happy-Trial racks.

Also .. there is another vender that is working on a hard case side mounting system ... but is not available yet ...
