CNT Fuel Pumps any good?

my wife's '08 just started showing the heat sensitive fuel pump symptoms. replacement options include Yamaha factory $$$, CA-cycleworks $$ and CNT $.

has anyone put in the fuel pump from CNT?

I purchased one of these and repaired my fuel pump. The $300+ fuel pump from Yamaha was too much for me to stomach given that there was no guarantee it wouldn't have the same problem as the original. I'm going to make a post shortly regarding the replacement, but so far it is working well (500+ miles so far). I did have one issue, however. The filter supplied with the fuel pump didn't fit the pump properly and the plastic opening split in half when attached to the fuel pump. I ended up just cleaning and using the old fuel filter instead. The pump works great though and no more hot start issues. It also gave me a little more full throttle power.
