I have a 2008 WR250X, and I need a new fuel pump. I know that the fuel pump I currently have is the old one that doesn't get put in the bikes anymore. But the part that supersedes my fuel pump is 3D7-13907-10-00, and the 2019 WR250R fuel pump is 3D7-13907-11-00. Is there a discernible difference? I just want to buy the best fuel pump I can that actually works for my bike, and I'm not sure what to go with.

The new pump will fit just fine. If you are at all mechanically inclined and have a few hours to spare, you can save a lot of cash by just swapping a new pump motor into the old housing you have. I used one like this 2 years ago and it is still going strong 10,000km's later:
