Lacing front 250X rim to front 250R hub

Welp, looks like my front wheel needs a new rim and since it's on my spare set I'm looking to see if I can convert it into a supermoto wheel.

Has anyone laced a 250R front hub to a 17" Rim? And if so what rim and spokes fit? I know Warp9 offers a set of supermoto wheels with an R hub but they will not sell the rim and spokes individually.
